Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Inky AI ("the Service"), available at useinky.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inky AI is an AI-powered assistant that integrates with your Instagram business account to automatically respond to direct messages, answer questions about your tattoo services, and book first consultations on your behalf. Booking links are generated through useinky.app and consultations are scheduled via your connected Google Calendar.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram business or creator account to use the Service. By using Inky AI, you represent that you have the authority to grant us access to your Instagram account and Google Calendar.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected services (Instagram, Google Calendar). You agree to notify us immediately at hello@useinky.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Instagram and Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your accounts, you authorize Inky AI to:

• Read incoming Instagram direct messages sent to your account
• Send responses and booking links via Instagram DMs on your behalf
• Access your Google Calendar to check availability and create consultation events

You may revoke these permissions at any time by disconnecting your accounts from Inky AI or removing Inky AI from your Instagram connected apps.

6. AI-Generated Responses

Inky AI generates responses based on the information you provide (pricing, services, availability, policies). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated messages may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your business information to ensure responses are accurate. Inky AI is not liable for any miscommunication, incorrect pricing, or scheduling errors that result from AI-generated messages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Violate Instagram's or Google's terms of service through your use of Inky AI
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store your data. For data deletion requests, see our Data Deletion page.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Inky AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of business or missed messages during downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inky AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or damage to your business reputation.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
